About the Palmerston Game Fishing Club
The Palmerston Game Fishing Club was founded in 1991 by 10 like minded fishermen and over the years the club has grown into the high profile well respected club it is today.
The PGFC is the home of Australia’s premier Barramundi fishing tournament: the Barra Nationals and Northern Territory’s premier all-women fishing tournament: SWB Barra Challenge.
The Palmerston Game Fishing Club brings together like-minded people in a safe and friendly environment. The PGFC has a strong family focus and encourages family fishing and education of our junior anglers in safe and enjoyable fishing practices.
We are the proud organisers of the following great events:
The club holds guest speaker information nights at the club rooms and monthly club events for fishing enthusiasts to compete for club points and the coveted annual Angler of the Year.
Our club rooms, located in Catalina Road, Marlow Lagoon offer meals and a safe relaxing environment for friends and family to socialise! Club rooms also available for private hire.
New members are ALWAYS WELCOME!
